At BSBF2022 you can arrange one to one meetings (B2B/B2C) with other participants and establish new business partnerships or strengthen existing ones. This is a unique way to network with prime contractors, suppliers, Big Science representatives and other participating businesses.

Start requesting 1-1 meetings with other participants before the conference to make sure you have a meeting space and time for you and your meeting partners at BSBF2022. Each 1-1 meeting is scheduled for a fixed time of 30 minutes and is assigned a meeting table when both meeting partners approve the meeting request. If you need more than 30 minutes there will be plenty of other meeting tables to continue your conversation.

In the 1-1 meeting (B2B/B2C) module you will be able to:

• See a full list of all participants and lists filtered by the technical area(s) individual participants are interested in. Click on the magnifying glass icon next to the participant’s name for additional information about the business or organisation.
• Request and accept 1-1 meeting invitations from any of the participants. When requesting a 1-1 meeting, you will be able to see the time slots convenient for you and the requested participant based on your individual programme.
• Communicate with other participants and get an overview of your planned 1-1 meetings.

Before requesting 1-1 meetings (B2B/B2C) you need to:

• Complete your participation registration module. This enables other participants to identify your business area(s) and skills for the 1-1 meetings.
