Registration
BSBF2022 participation sign-up works on a "first-come-first served" basis.
The price covers, among other, participation in plenary and parallel sessions, access to exhibition and B2B meetings, one site visit upon registration, participation in the welcome reception on 4 October plus lunch and coffee breaks on 5-6 October 2022.
A participation fee of 50 € excl. VAT for the conference dinner is required.
Please note that the conference dinner will include a finger-buffet menu including wine/beverages, and the participation fee only covers parts of the actual costs. The expected capacity for the dinner is 500 participants and places will be allocated on a ”first come, first served” basis.
These are the fees for BSBF2022:

Payment:
The payment for the registration fee and the gala dinner can be made either by credit card (through the Stripe secure platform) or bank transfer (data provided in the pro-forma invoice to be received once the registration process is completed).
IMPORTANT: Please, be aware that payments by bank transfer will not be allowed after 13 September. From that date, payments can only be made by credit card.
